Hi, I’m Teva. Movement coach, traveler, and former “tired all the time” traveler.

For years, I chased freedom across the world. I lived in paradise, but I also slept in airports, worked from random cafés, changed countries every few weeks. No routine. No rest. And eventually, no energy.

I tried everything: intense workouts, yoga flows, breathwork.
But nothing stuck. It was either too much, too slow, or not made for my lifestyle. So I stopped trying to fit into other people’s methods, and created my own. A way to strengthen and reset my body and energy, even in the middle of chaos. Simple. Powerful.
